Saipul Bahri
Saipul Bahri is a seasoned expert in the travel and hospitality industry, with a specialized focus on serving Umrah and Hajj travel agencies throughout Indonesia. Over the years, he has established a solid reputation as a trusted provider of hospitality services, including partnerships with hotel owners, airlines, and transport operators. His strategic and operational insights have contributed significantly to the growth and professionalization of religious tourism services for Indonesian pilgrims.
He currently serves as the CEO of a publicly listed company that provides hospitality solutions for Indonesian Umrah travel agencies, positioning the company as a key player in the sector. Beyond his corporate leadership, Saipul is actively involved in industry organizations. He serves as Head of Inter-Institutional Relations at the Indonesian Travel Partner Forum (FTPI).
A graduate of Al-Azhar University in Egypt with a degree in Islamic Studies, Saipul is fluent in Arabic and has strong negotiation and intercultural communication skills. His deep understanding of Middle Eastern culture is supported by long-term business relationships with Saudi Arabian entrepreneurs, strengthening his role as a bridge between Indonesian travel providers and their partners in the Middle East.

He holds a Doctorate in Legal Sciences from Case Western Reserve University, USA, and a dual Master of Laws (LLM) from Pennsylvania State University and King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. His journey in law began with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Umm Al-Qura University, Saudi Arabia.

He is the founder of AMS Law Firm, a reputable legal firm based in Jeddah, providing integrated legal services to individuals and corporations.
